The plate of mold is made of alloy steel, the cavity and core are made of stainless steel to provide long service time ( guarantee over 2 million shots).
Good mold stability.
Short cycle time. For a product weight of 24g, its cycle time is 120, 000 PC. May be achieved for products of 8-cavity, 16-cavity, and 32-cavity, respectively.
Diversified mold designing and manufacturing. Custom-made preformed design is also available.
